Caddam Construction

Caddam Construction Limited evolved from a one man business which was started by Tom Brown in 1986. Having achieved much success over a period of 4 years he was joined in partnership in 1990 by Grant Robertson and John Brown. The partnership continued to grow in success with particular emphasis on room in roof conversions and in 2005 became a Limited company.

Since then the company has gone from strength to strength with the workforce increasing from 3 to our current workforce of 12 with all types of construction undertaken throughout Tayside and surrounding areas. This includes all new build, house extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, sun lounge/conservatories, garages and in particular specialist services in room in roof conversions.

Caddam Construction are a reliable company who have built up a strong reputation for providing a high quality service, carrying out all aspects of the trade, completed on time and within budget.
