I would like to pass on my appreciation to you and your team at Caddam for delivering a truly magnificent loft conversion and extension to our Victorian property. I have to say I was very impressed with Caddam’s support and input through the entire process. This was a difficult conversion to pull off and the end result is stunning, with many people commenting ‘how lovely it looks and how perfectly it blends with the original ground floor’.

I also commend you and your team for allowing myself and some specialist stone masons to work hand in hand with your squad which worked extremely well to achieve the perfect result and attention to detail. Your squad were polite, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Your local knowledge and recommendations for the best manufacturers and supporting trades were also much appreciated as demonstrated in the success of the stair case, windows, doors and facings, which match beautifully with the original Victorian details. A special extended thanks to Brian and Richard at Lairmonths for their input and creativity in achieving this. I also appreciate your input during the design and planning process, with a special mention to Alan at Forfar Roof Truss who dealt with the technical challenges of the loft conversion. It is also very refreshing to have a builder who always answers my calls and deals with things in a timely and professional manner.

I will certainly highly recommend your company for this type of work and would have no doubts about using your services again in the future.
